At Glide, we ship fast — because when you buy a board, you want to get on the water, not wait around.

We offer free shipping on all paddleboards to retail customers within the lower 48 states. Every order is packed, double-checked, and shipped from our Salt Lake City warehouse.


Inflatable Paddleboards

  • Ships within one business day.

  • Orders placed by 10 AM (MST) usually ship the same day.

  • Shipped via UPS Ground.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Most boards arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on location.


Hard Boards

Hard boards ship by freight (LTL) and typically leave the warehouse within three business days. Transit time varies by location, and the freight carrier will contact you before delivery to schedule drop-off.


Orders Outside the Continental U.S.

For customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, shipping is calculated automatically in the cart for inflatable boards.
Hard boards to these regions require a manual quote — please open a support ticket through our Help Center before placing your order.


Tracking Your Order

Once your board ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details.
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Glide account or using the link in your order confirmation email.


Your board leaves our hands quickly, packed and ready for adventure.
If there’s ever an issue with delivery, just open a support ticket and our team will help you get it sorted fast.
